I just wanted to cay YAY! My school district got closed today on account of cold weather. Our school district NEVER closes. They always stay open. Hooray for me. I get to stay home. By the way for those of you in California, I wish I was there. It is -18 degrees but factor in wind chill and it is -35 degrees. Yeah... Pretty stinking cold.

Jordan is in Primary Now!
Oh my Gosh. It just boggles my mind that Jordan is in primary now. He is getting to be such a big boy. We just bought him a new suit, and he looks soooooooo handsome. He takes his scriptures to church every week and he has been such a good boy in sacrament and primary. Jordan gets to go to his first Primary Activity day on Saturday "Waffles with the Bishop". As soon as he found out he was so excited. That was all he could talk about when I went to pick him up from his primary class. Jordan also got his first assignment for primary (sharing time). He is in charge of giving the opening prayer. My little boy is not so little anymore. He is growing up to be such a smart and handsome young man.
One quick little thought. The other day, Jordan was looking at the back of his Doctrine and Covenants Reader and there were pictures of the first presidency. He turned to me so excitedly and said, "Mom look! It's President Hinkey". What a cutie! I am so impressed that he recognized our dear prophet

Elder Austin Hansen
Hey ya'll in the Riverside, California Mission area!!!!
I just wanted everbody in the area of the Riverside, California mission, to be on the lookout for an Elder Austin Hansen. He is from Shelley, Idaho and he is in my ward. He is a good guy and I hope that our family could show him some "Harrison Family Love". He is the cousin of my sister-in-law as well. I just want him to be taken care of while he is down there. We just love his family and wish the best for him.
We love you guys and hope all is well.

Happy New Year 2008
We just wanted to wish you all a Happy New Year. I think this was one of the first years that I actually stayed up until 12:00. That is pretty impressive for me. What was even more impressive was that Jordan stayed up that late as well and he even wanted to stay up later than that! He did good. Elly only made it until 10:45 but for an 18 month old, that was pretty good too. Ryan of course stayed up, but he did that all the time in Virginia. Anyways... We love you all and hope that this year finds you all well and happy. Good Luck for this New Year.
